National Outreach and Referral Relations Manager

Hopewell is seeking a passionate, relationship-driven full-time National Referral and Relations Manager to expand and strengthen our national network of professional referral partners. In this role, you will cultivate long-standing, trust-based relationships while identifying and developing new referral opportunities with behavioral health professionals, treatment providers, hospitals, educational consultants, and other key referral sources across the country. You will serve as an ambassador for Hopewell, helping professionals understand our unique treatment model and the life-changing outcomes it provides. This position requires approximately 50% travel, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
What You’ll Do
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with referral professionals nationwide.
- Identify and develop new referral partnerships that align with Hopewell’s mission and services.
- Represent Hopewell at conferences, professional meetings, networking events, and virtually.
- Educate referral partners on Hopewell’s therapeutic community model and admissions process.
- Collaborate closely with Admissions, Clinical Services, Outreach, and Marketing & Communications to support referral growth.
- Track outreach activities and manage relationships through CRM and reporting tools.
- Develop strategic plans to expand Hopewell’s national referral network.

Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (with Master’s/Doctoral preferred) in a clinical mental health field and 3 to 5 years clinical work with serious mental illness or comparable experience. Current clinical license preferred but not required
- Open to Bachelor’s degree (with a Master’s degree preferred) in a business, marketing, communications or related field, if also in possession of substantial experience with and knowledge about serious mental health challenges relevant to Hopewell.
- With either background, also preferred is 3-5 years of referral source relationship development and outreach experience in the health care field with a demonstrable record of success.
- Experience in behavioral healthcare, mental health, healthcare outreach, business development, admissions, or referral relations.
- Experience developing professional referral networks or strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and territory management is a plus.
- Valid Drivers License
- Must pass a TB test, drug test, physical and background checks

Compensation:
- Range: $60,000 to $80,000
